The School

The School started under the presidency of one Mr Philip Owusu Ansah and Mr Osei Tutu who were then the Church president and vice respectively of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Sekyedumase, in the mid 1970s . The above Church president and His vice requested for a piece of land and were given 139 acres for the School by the then Sekyedumase chief, Nana Sah Yaw. The school started in three pavilion classrooms. Later,  three brick classrooms were built under the auspice of a Mr Dominic Anomah ( now Nana Gyapa 11 the  current Kontihene of Sekyedumase) who was the then Offinso District Chief Executive(DCE) in the 1980s.

At first, the school was under the Local Authority and was later changed to a Roman Catholic Primary in the year 2010 through the initiative of Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Opoku Gyasi, the then parish priest of Ejura-Sekyedumase parish, and teachers  of the school.

The population of the school has since increased due to  academic excellence. Currently the total population for both the primary and Junior High School stands at 1105 which is far better than in 2010 when the total population was 25.
